Silverlicious Sweet Adventure on Nintendo DS Review

If you have a little princess in your home then I am sure you are already very well aware of the Pinkalicious series of children's books.  These stories have definitely captured my daughter's attention. You can imagine her excitement when she got to check out the new game, Silverlicious Sweet Adventure on Nintendo DS.  She could barely wait long enough to get the plastic wrapping off of the game and the cartridge installed.

She was immediately sucked into the plot of this game.  Pinkalicious has lost her sweet tooth and she has to travel through Pinkville in order to collect sweets and more.  What I really like about this game is that it teaches some valuable lessons, but does it subtly.  Kindness and good manners are rewarded in this game and is kept track of by the Sweetness Meter.  If your daughter likes to play dress up like mine does, then they will really getting into the outfits Pinkalicious can unlock as she goes through Pinkville.  The different outfits allow her to perform special moves including twirling, gliding and more. 

This is a fun and entertaining game and one that I am sure my daughter will be playing for quite some time.  It is rated E for Everyone.

I enjoy shopping just as much as the next person, but when it comes time to buy bras I will do just about anything to push it off.  Between trying to find one that fits, a style I can live with or best yet a price I can afford (or am willing to pay) it is more of a hassle than anything.

100% Whole Grain Wheat Thins

Did you know that your favorite snack cracker, Wheat Thins, now has 100% whole grain per serving?  I know it is pretty exciting and the best part is that the taste you know and expect remain the same.

Personally, I enjoy eating Wheat Thins right from the box but with news like this you have to wonder about what type of toppings you can use that will be equal in nutrition and still loaded with flavor.

This year for Easter I have stocked up on a few boxes of Wheat Thins as well as dips, and an assortment of cheeses. While I am not entertaining I do like to be prepared just in case someone would stop by, this way you can offer your guests a snack.

Our daughter has really become involved with this toy, it is holding her attention more than others have and even after she has played with it for an hour she will take a break and come right back too it.  A a parent this says a lot, I am sure it is the uniqueness of the toy combined with the fact that she is such a fan of the Moshi Monsters.  No matter what this one is a hit in our house!
