Cranberry Naturals from Old Orchards Review & Giveaway

I love the benefits of cranberry juice, but straight up is a bit to tart for my taste and I am not so fond of all the artificial ingredients and the amount of sugar that tend to go into many of the cranberry juice blends that you find in the store.  Old Orchards Brands has stepped up to the plate and created a new line of naturally sweetened cranberry juice blends called Cranberry Naturals.

Cranberry Naturals are made using only natural ingredients and used natural sweetener, Truvia along with a touch of natural sugar, therefore Cranberry Naturals contains 40% less sugar than other leading cranberry juices AND it is only 70 calories per 8 ounce serving. I love that it contains NO artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, so I feel comfortable having my 5 year old drink it. The Cranberry Naturals Classic Cranberry also contains a higher percentage of real cranberry juice--30% as compared to the usual 20%, therefore giving you an extra boost in cranberry benefits!

We have tried the Classic Cranberry and the Cranberry Grape versions of Cranberry Naturals. Both tasted great, I honestly couldn't tell that it was lower in sugar or or lower in calories. It has the full great flavor. My 5 year old loves the Cranberry Grape and his friend really seemed to enjoy it as well. I think the Classic Cranberry version would be great for battling bladder and kidney issues, especially with the higher percentage of real cranberry juice, plus according to the press release that I received, juices with at least 30% cranberry juice, like this one, provide antioxidants and phytochemical that help protect against heart disease and cancer--I will drink, Cranberry Naturals Classic Cranberry, to that!

I can see why the Core Fusion classes are so popular, they are very effective! I have to admit, I need to work on my flexibility, so I needed to modify several elements for now. I like that they have a Modifier that I could follow as a beginner. The program is at a pace that I can easily keep up with, yet I still got an excellent workout. I liked that I can pick to do just one segment, a few segments or all segments depending on how I am feeling and which areas I need to work that day!

Exhale: Core Fusion Power Sculpt is a great program for getting a intense and effective whole body workout at a manageable pace!

The belVita Breakfast Biscuits are unlike anything I have tried for breakfast before. They have the taste of a delicious whole grain muffin but have the crunchy texture and shape of a cookie or cracker.  They are wonderful. Add a piece of fruit and a serving of low-fat dairy and you have yourself a complete and satisfying breakfast. My 5 year old loves them, blueberry is his favorite, he is not a quick mover in the morning, so we have used these a couple of mornings already to get him to school on time--he eats them in the car on the way to school, I feel good knowing he is getting a healthy breakfast!
