I definitely found Kristi Yamaguchi: Power Workout to be very effective. I liked that you could do some of circuits or all of them, depending on your need for the day. I liked that the trainer, Erin O'Brien, took the time to really point out how to do the exercises properly. I admit, it took me a couple of times to keep up with the first cardio part--not that the exercises were difficult, they weren't but because there was less repetition of an activity before moving onto the next, but by the second day, I had no problems keeping up. I liked that they showed how to do the various exercises in low impact, but the exercises are easily adjustable even on your own--do what is right for your body. 

The entire running time for the complete program on Kristi Yamaguchi: Power Workout lasts about 53 minutes from warm-up, through the 3 circuits and the cool down, but it is divided in the menu so you can easily choose what you need to do each time, perfect for busy people on a tight schedule!
