I first discovered Country Save Powdered Laundry Detergent when I was cloth diapering my son several used ago, and have loved it ever since. I always felt that if it was safe for the environment, it was safe for my child's bum! I found that it cleaned clothes--even dirty diapers-- well!
So what makes Country Save Powdered Laundry Detergent so special? Well, besides the fact that it works, here are a few other reasons, Country Save is:
- Dye & Fragrance Free
- 100% Phosphate-Free
- Completely Biodegradable
- Safe for Septic Tanks
- Ideal for Sensitive Skin
- No Optical Brighteners
- Ultra Concentrated Formula
- Highly Economical (about $0.12/scoop)
- Safe for HE washers (Low-Suds) as well as top loading (1 scoop for HE and 2 scoops for top loading)
Country Save Laundry Detergent comes in a powder and liquid, plus they offer Oxygen Powdered Bleach and Dish Detergent. The Country Save Liquid Detergent is not HE safe and it does have a mild fragrance.
I had great luck using the Country Save Powdered Laundry Detergent over the years, but I did learn something during this review...Country Save prides themselves in ensuring that you get at least the number of loads out of each box as it states--one scoop really does mean 1 HE load! I found Country Save Powdered Laundry Detergent left my clothes clean, without build-up (very important on cloth diapers & towels, build-up of residue=poor absorption) and smelling clean, fresh and without perfumes. And, of course, I love that it is good for the environment and for my family!
Be sure to check out the Country Save website for more information on their products, plus you will find lots of great tips for great laundry success!
