July 4th is almost here and have you made your plans? Thanks to Walmart I was able to get an early start to my planning, especially when it comes to our BBQ.
Armed with a $25 gift card I visited my local Walmart to get everything we needed for a family BBQ on a budget. The goal was to make a meal centered around their new USDA Choice Steaks.
For just under $25 I was able to make a meal that consisted of three USDA choice steaks, corn on the cod, baked potatoes, a take and bake bread, cucumber salad, cheese ball with crackers and brownies for dessert.

These steaks were not only easy to make (I just used a Weber seasoning and a pinch of salt) and came out tender, moist and had a great flavor that only a good cut of meat does. We are very satisfied with the USDA choice cuts and can see myself picking up a pack the next time we grill out.
