Comet Stainless Steel Cleaners Review & Giveaway

Who wants to spend their time cleaning?  Not many of us right?  That is why I look for products that I know and trust will help make the job easy on me while not being harsh on my belongings. One challenge is how to clean stainless steel without leaving streaks or hurting the surface.

Comet recently created a line of stainless steel cleaners that include three products:

Cream Cleanser & Polish For a scratch-free sparkling shine that's strong enough for tougher cleaning challenges in the bathroom and kitchen—it's perfect for stainless steel cookware!

Powder Cleaner For your toughest cleaning challenges, like stainless steel sinks. You'll get all the trusted cleaning power of Comet and be left with nothing but a clean, sparkling shine.

Spray Cleaner Gentle enough for all your favorite stainless steel appliances and surfaces, this versatile spray can be used where and when you need it for a streak-free shine every time.

I have tried all three of the new Comet cleaners and what I noticed instantly is that there are no harsh or over powering odors.  Of the three I found that the spray cleaner is the quickest to use especially on surfaces like refrigerators, with just a simple spray all the little fingers prints are wiped away.   My husband on the other hand liked the cream cleaner, but on outside items like our grill.

Do you have stainless steel pots and pans?  I do I would have never imaged this, but the powder is safe enough to use on them.  This excites me because I do not care for stainless steel pots and pans for the simple fact that I struggle every time to get them clean.  Yes, this may be because I am not the worlds greatest cook but now I am more opened to using them...heck I may even try rice in them again (the last rice experience was so bad I almost thew the pot away)

There is no need to struggle to clean your stainless steel, let Comet do all the work for you!

One cleaning tip, if you have a toddler, is to give them a little squirt bottle that you fill with water and a paper towel so they can pretend to be mommy. That way they're busy and I can get the cleaning done.

I use "classic" Comet- the Pine Deodorizing Cleanser With Bleach for a lot of things. The gritty texture it makes does a great job getting bathtubs and showers really clean.

Stainless steel is tough. Our kitchen sink never looks perfectly clean. I usually just fill the sink with soapy water and use my dishrag to clean it.

My best cleaning tip is to get your house organized that you spend less time cleaning. Maybe choose one room a month. Get it organized and spring cleaned, top to bottom. Then move onto another room. I've gotten 3 rooms in our spring cleaned like this and those rooms are really quick to clean now on a daily basis. I can't wait to get every room in the house done.
