I really like this book and how it was laid out. I have always found strength and inspiration in reading stories of others, and you still have that with this book, plus they mix in some great medical advice for you to think about. I found it easy to read and understand without being overwhelming--as can be the case with books that are straight medical facts. CSS: Say Goodbye to Stress is a book that I think pretty much everyone can benefit from at some point in their life or another, for me it is right now, and I do think it was a benefit to me and my dealings.
