Udi's Gluten Free Foods Review

Food allergies have become more prevalent and thankfully allergy sensitive foods readily available. For those with a gluten allergy (an allergy to a protein found in grains such as wheat, barley and rye), Udi's has great gluten free options readily available!

Udi's Gluten Free Foods gives us a delicious gluten free options for many common foods that most frequently contain gluten such as: bagels, bread, buns, granola, cookies, muffin & cinnamon rolls, pizza & crusts, and brownies. 

I have tried several Udi's Gluten Free Foods over time and recently I tried out the Udi's Gluten Free buns, which my entire family enjoyed. They currently:

*Classic Hamburger Buns

*Whole Grain Hamburger Buns

*Classic Hot Dog Buns

Each of these buns are gluten free so they don't contain the preservatives that other buns have and therefore they don't have the shelf life, I kept them in the freezer until the day we were ready to use them and we found them to still have the same great taste that they had prior to freezing. I also found them to be more dense than other buns and we found that if we liked them best if we warmed them or toasted them just a tad before eating. The buns were great with traditional burgers, hot dogs and ham/cheese sandwiches, and they were awesome with BBQ, chili dogs and my Italian Beef sandwiches! We found that they filled us up faster than the traditional buns, they have 4-6gms of fiber. 

We also got the opportunity to try out their Snickerdoodle Cookies and "Oh My!" they are absolutely delicious, soft and chewy and full of flavor, so good! My family, even though we don't have a known gluten allergy, we will definitely will be trying other and repeating the Udi's Gluten Free Foods that we have tried so far.
