Duraflame Campefire Roasting Logs Review & Giveaway 2 Winners

Camping season is upon us! My 5 year old is beyond excited! It some of favorite family time of the year. Of course, half the fun of camping is cooking over the campfire. My least favorite part...getting the campfire going, but that has just been made easy with the new Duraflame Campfire Roasting Logs!

Duraflame Campfire Roasting Logs are specifically formulate for roasting and cooking over. The stack and burn just like wood, but without the hassle!  It is formulated using 100% renewable resources, including real wood charcoal. Each Roasting Log is individually wrapped for clean handling and quick, easy lighting (my favorite part)!  They are compact, therefore easy to transport and store (much cleaner than traditional wood too--no splinters left in your vehicle!

Duraflame Campfire Roasting Logs are easy to use--here are some tips for that perfect duraflame campfire (be sure to read the lighting instructions on the package thoroughly before you start):

1. Stack 2-3 duraflame Campfire Roasting Logs in your outdoor fire pit.

2. Light the ends of the wrappers & enjoy the warm, robust campfire!

3. The optimal roasting time is after about 45 minutes, when the coals are glowing.

4. To enjoy the fire longer, simply add another log!

I was given the chance to try out the duraflame Campfire Roasting Logs and make some s'mores with my family in our backyard. I love them! I admit, I am not proficient in lighting the campfire by any means--but I was totally able to get these started without any problem. Maybe it was the night, but I thought they were a bit less smoky than traditional wood, less smoke in your face, but it still had the flavor of campfire cooking. I like them so much, that I have added them to the shopping list for our upcoming camp trip--instead of a bundle of traditional wood that we normally would have gotten.
