If you are looking for a quick and easy and delicious addition to your family gathering, party, cookout or other special event, you have to try Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ. With the 4th of July coming up, this BBQ would definitely make your party better.
Since it is already fully cooked, heating and serving is very easy. I opted to put it in my oven for about 70 minutes, though it can also be heated in a slow cooker or on the grill. You get 4 pounds which is enough to make 30 sandwiches. We tried the BBQ this week and I thought it was a sweet yet smokey recipe, but my husband leaned more toward sweet with a kick. It is spicy, but not overly spicy so it should appeal to just about everyone. It is hand pulled and hickory smoked with just the right amount of sauce on it. It seems like with other BBQ it can either be too dry or almost swimming in sauce, but Byron's does not have that problem.
You can find Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ at your local Sam’s Club. I would encourage you to pick some up for your next gathering. You don't need a party to pick some up, it can be stored and reheated like we did and it tastes great the next day as well.
