AT&T Cordless Phone Review

Recently a new line of AT&T branded DECT 6.0 cordless phones for your home were released. These phones provide advanced features that help enhance sound and ensure clear reception at competitive prices. Some of these home phones are:

*AT&T TL96271, which features the Connect to Cell system allowing consumers to make and receive cellular calls through the home phone helping to alleviate the clarity and drop call issues that may occur on a cell phone at home. It also features a 2-line system that allows one person to make a landline call while another makes a cellular call on the second headset. Your cell phone directory can be downloaded to the system and it can be paired up with up to 4 different  Bluetooth wireless technology-enabled cellphones. The TL96271 also have great range of use, plus customizable HD audio, Caller ID announce and push-to-talk (PTT).

*AT&T CL82301--actually came out last year, but it remains a best seller. It features a DECT 6.0 Digital 3-handset phone answering system with caller ID/ call waiting that can be expanded up to 12 handsets, along with speakerphone functionality on each handset. It features Caller ID Announce and Handset Display. It has the PTT function so you can easily communicate within the home or business. It has storage for up to 50 contacts in the Caller ID history and up to 14 minutes of digital recording time. You can also find this system bundled in 2 or 4 handset bundles. 

*AT&T CRL32102--boasts it's ease of use. It blends style and simplicity with enhance functionality. Some of the key features include: audio boost (temporarily increases volume to 12 db to better hear conversations when needed), ergonomic design for comfort and grip, sizable backlit keypad, large LCDs for easy to read Caller ID and up to 50 contacts in directory. This system also offers lighted visual ringers on the handset and base and Caller ID Announce.

We have the AT&T CL82301 in use in our house. We love it. I think my favorite features are the long range (we have a detached garage and I can easily take the phone out there without is disconnecting), the Caller ID Announce (no more jumping up to grab the phone only to discover it is one you don't feel like answering) and the PTT (our house is spread out, so it is a much easier way to get a hold of each other without having to yell). The display is easy to useWe are definitely please with this system, so much so that we are planning on getting a couple more handsets for the house--putting the PTT to full use! The other systems looked pretty great as well, but for my family this one works out perfectly.
