Organa LLC prides themselves with introducing American families to stories, characters and cultures from around the world and their kids division, OrganaKids, promotes multiculturalism, original storytelling and interactivity to give our little ones a taste of the world from a very young age through multiple media approaches including the company's recently released "Scavenger Traveler" app for the iPhone that encourages kids of all ages to explore their environment.
I was recently introduced to their newest animated children's story series, Nelly & Caesar. Nelly and Ceasar are charming tales from France, based on the a successful book collection. It initially launches in 2 volumes. Designed for children ages 2-6 and are created using a unique graphic look and 2D-3D treatment.
Nelly & Caesar features a mouse named Nelly and a frog named Caesar, along with their animal friends as they deal with basic issues and concepts that help children "learn through play".
We had the opportunity to review Nelly & Caesar: Volume 2, which includes 12 episodes and a bonus. Here is the synopsis from the back of the DVD case:
Nelly the mouse and Caesar the frog are best friends. Together with Fred the beaver, Mina the squirrel, and Leo the hedgehog they explore the world around them. They will invite you to join in their games and stories as they explore nature, feelings, senses, and friendship.

Nelly & Caesar: Volume 2 was adorable and very entertaining for little ones. It has cute little lessons for our children to learn and is sure to be a favorite with toddlers and preschoolers. I am sure Nelly & Caesar: Volume 1 is just as great.
