CatDog Season 2 Part 1 Review & Giveaway

I remember watching CatDog on Nickelodeon when it first came out back in the late 1990's (I think the show ran from 1998-2001 or so) with my husband and getting a big kick out of it. It was straight-up slapstick humor, so odd--half cat, half dog with personalities as different as cats and dogs yet somehow they managed to survive--and you just had to laugh. I can still hear the theme song in my head..."Alone in the world in the little CatDog!"

Shout! Factory is releasing the first 10 episodes of the second season of Nickelodeon's CatDog onto a 2-disc DVD set for fans and animation aficionados to relive those priceless, CatDog moments! Here is the synopsis of CatDog: Season 2, Part 1 from the back of the DVD case:

A brand-new season of crazy CatDog adventures begins!  They're the craziest set of conjoined twins you'll ever meet--the culturally refined Cat, and Dog who's...well...not so much!  But together, CatDog make it all work by using and strengthening their own friendship, providing their own excitement and getting into their own heap of hilarious trouble! 

Includes the first ten complete episodes of CatDog's outrageous second season! 

CatDog is rated TV-Y. We enjoyed sharing it with our son--who found immediately pulled a "Mama statement" out of the air with "that's just wrong!" but he loved watching all their crazy antics and immediately asked to watch it again!
