Fischer & Wieser Currycot Indian Style Apricot Curry Sauce

With all their sauces, there is no reason to get stuck in a week night rut (which I tend to do periodically). The most recent style that my family tried out is the Fischer & Wieser Currycot Indian Style Apricot Curry Sauce.

Inspiration turns up in many places. We combined a non-traditional fruit, apricots, with traditional Indian curry elements such as coconut milk and curry powder to create an amazing, simple sauce with a complex kick. Currycot blends the best of both worlds with Fischer & Wieser's traditional sweet heat and creates a finishing sauce that adds Indian inspiration to grilled chicken, seafood and meats.  Enjoy!

Serving Suggestions:

*Simmer: Chicken, pork, shrimp or vegetables

*Dip: Chapati, chicken tandoori, naan

*Pour Over: Grilled Chicken, pork, shrimp, vegetables

One of the serving suggestions I got from the press release is to simply add Fischer & Wieser Currycot Indian Style Apricot Curry Sauce to a bowl of rice with veggies and chicken! My family enjoyed this simple, yet taste-complex dish.  I enjoy curry and am just now starting to be more adventurous with it and loved the unique taste of the Currycot--the flavors really blend together well! 

Honestly, we have enjoyed all the Fischer & Wieser sauces that we have tried thus far, so if Currycot isn't your thing...check out all their other sauces--they are just as quick and easy to use and so delicious!
