GameMill Entertainment has taken the top-selling Country Dance video game line to another level with the new Country Dance All Stars for Xbox 360 with Kinect. Country Dance All Stars for Xbox 360 with Kinect features more than 30 hits from country mega stars!
Here is the synopsis of Country Dance All Stars from the press release I received:
Country Dance All Stars, the next iteration in the top-selling Country Dance™ video game franchise, was designed from the ground up for Kinect for Xbox 360 to bring a whole new hands-free experience to the dance party. Your body becomes the controller as you kick up your boots and dance your way through over 30 hot routines and songs. Challenge a friend to a dance off with simultaneous competitive play or work together to pull off the moves and collectively build a top score. Boost your boot-scootin’ skills with all new line-dancing routines, and don’t be afraid to belt it out with scrolling sing-a-long lyrics. Share the fun with friends as the Kinect sensor snaps photos throughout each routine. Plus, all new downloadable content (DLC) support allows you to keep the party going with downloadable song packs featuring new choreography that will be released post launch.
Country Dance All Stars is rated “E10+” by the ESRB.
I enjoy playing Country Dance All Stars, it is a great workout and it is a great opportunity to not take myself so seriously. Luckily, I can "dance" in the privacy of my own home so no one outside the family can see me (unless I choose to share the photos), but I have had a blast "trying" to learn the moves. I love country music and find the music infectious and motivating--I tend to not realize how much time has passed (which is a good thing, since I am using it as exercise).
