Fit Moms for Life is very inspirational and motivating. This book is packed with information to get you started and keep you on track on your journey to a healthier you! I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical that a young guy (he is 28 but he looks even younger to me--I guess I am showing my age) would really be able to help, but the more I read, the more I became a believer. He changed the way I looked at certain things, particularly strength training, and I definitely still need to work on my mindset (the biggest area in which I struggle). I have only had the opportunity to check out Dustin's book and have no experience with his DVDs, Boot Camps or other programs, but it sure sounds like they have been very successful for many moms, and I would like to give them a try.
