Our Spicy Sesame Stir Fry & Dipping Sauce is a bold, vibrant sauce that blends the classic favorites of the Orient. Full of savory spices and sesame seeds, it's the perfect complement to grilled tuna. It is also ideal as a dipping sauce for chicken or beef. Enjoy!

Serving Suggestions:

Stir Fry: Chicken, pork, shrimp or vegetables

Dip: Egg rolls, sushi or pot stickers

Pour Over: Grilled Meats and seafood

Baste: Grilled or broiled poultry, ribs, beef or shrimp

Season: Fried rice or vegetables

We used it as our Spicy Sesame Stir Fry & Dipping Sauce for dipping my homemade jiaozi (Chinese dumplings) in and loved it! I am looking forward to trying it in other ways. I already have plans to make the recipe below later this week! I can't wait! Yum!

Spicy Sesame Stir Fry Chicken

Prep Time:  15 minutes

Cook Time:  20 minutes

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons oil

2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 3/8″ julienned

2 stalks celery sliced diagonally

1 red bell pepper julienned

1 cup assorted mushrooms

1 can water chestnuts sliced

3 green onions sliced diagonally

1 baby bok choy chopped in large pieces

3/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Spicy Sesame Stir Fry & Dipping Sauce

2 tablespoons black sesame seeds

Instructions:

1.  Brown chicken in oil. 

2.  Remove from pan.

3.  Add veggies and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

4.  Return chicken to pan and heat through.

5.  Add Fischer & Wieser Spicy Sesame Stir Fry & Dipping Sauce

6.  Serve over rice or noodles.

Serves 2

NOTE: To prevent your food from sticking to the bottom of the wok, preheat your wok for at least 30 seconds on medium-high to high heat BEFORE adding oil.
