Clearly Fresh Bags Review

Produce is can be a bit expensive, but we all know that it is some of the best stuff for our bodies, but unfortunately some of it tends to go bad before we have have time to eat it, especially if you are not a daily shopper. I prefer to go longer intervals between shopping trips, so I am hesitant to purchase too much fresh produce since I hate to waste my money if it is just going to go bad, but I know that is what I should be feeding my family!

I recently discovered Clearly Fresh Bags, by Apio, Inc, which are designed to keep Fresh Fruits and Vegetable lasting up to 50% longer! Clearly Fresh Bags are re-closeable, gallon sized, zip bags that use BreatheWay technology, which allows fresh produce to breathe naturally, keeping them in their ideal environment within the bag, slowing the ripening process, allowing the produce to remain fresh longer! The BreatheWay technology has been used for over 10 years by the produce companies to keep their produce fresh longer and now you can do the same in your own home!

Clearly Fresh Bags work great on the counter tops with Bananas, Avocados, apples, mangoes, papayas and more, or in the refrigerator with broccoli, carrots, lettuce, cucumbers, berries, and more. They do suggest that you only put one food type in each bag (don't mix your apples and bananas). They are quick and easy to use, simply place your fresh, dry produce in the bag, gently push out some of the excess air and zip the top close and store as usual!

I have been using the Clearly Fresh Bags with our produce and they really seem to work. I am one of those people who prefers my bananas a little on the green side, so these bags have really helped keep my bananas a bit longer my way. Lettuce is another item that we love, but tends to go bad too fast, and the Clearly Fresh Bags have helped a ton with how long our lettuce lasts. I will definitely be keeping Clearly Fresh Bags on hand at our house, they are saving us money on grocery bills and helping us keep healthy options on hand!

You can learn more about Clearly Fresh Bags on their website and by following them on Facebook!

Where have these been all my life? I am forever throwing away bananas that don't get eaten right away. In the summer I constantly throw away avocados, peaches and plums. My kids love fresh fruit but I am always errie of buying too much for fear of wasting. Where can I find these?

I agree...I NEED these! I just cleaned out my fridge this week and was sick to my stomach to see all the produce that has gone bad. Especially, this time of year when fruit we like is out of season and costs more! I need to check these out!
