Private Photo Sharing with Face Recognition by Fotobounce


If you are like me, you have a lot of pictures saved in files on your computer. I don't have a lot of time to share and organize them, but now that I have been introduced to Fotobounce, that all has changed.  

What is Fotobounce?  It is a downloadable digital photo management application that lets you manage, store and share your photos and do it securely between just the people you select...Fotobounce calls them "Bouncers".  The really cool and unique aspect of Fotobounce is their face recognition technology.  As faces are picked up by Fotobounce and you tag them you are teaching the program to learn who they are and they will be automatically tagged from then on.  This feature saved me a lot of time.  As you imagine I have a lot of pictures of my daughter and after I tagged the first picture of her, Fotobounce's face recognition did the rest.  

You can still use this software to share your photos on Facebook, Twitter and more, but you can pick the specific pictures you want to put up.  

I found another great time saving feature when I had to get some pictures together for a friend's anniversary.  I was able to select both of their names from my list of tags and all of the photos of them were quickly brought up and put together in one place.  Since I had a lot of picture files, if I would have had to go through each one to pull out the individual pictures, this would have taken a considerable amount of time...Fotobounce did it very quickly so I was then able to select my favorites from the group and share them.

Since you know that I always looking for a free or great deal, let me tell you that you can download an ad supported version of Fotobounce for FREE.  Fotobounce is available for Windows and Mac.  There is also a version without the ads for $49.
