Week three of my Slim Fast challenge has passed and boy was it a tough one. It seemed everyday there was something I had to do and each of those required either going out to eat of someone bringing food to me. Needless to say it was very difficult to stick with the plan, but I did.
I never missed a Slim Fast shake or bar for breakfast or lunch, but the evenings killed me making a 500 calorie meal very hard. While I did have a little weight loss I am disappointed to tell you it was only .2 lbs. I am back at it this week, so wish me luck going into Thanksgiving.
