I was given a black iRenew Bracelet to check out. First, I like what it looks like. It was fairly easy to adjust to fit me. I have not had any problems with the clasp coming loose or the like. It is really comfortable. I have to admit, I haven't noticed any real change in my balance or energy level but after reviewing what others have said, it appears some people swear by its effects and others noticed no change, so I have to say, it might be worth trying in your own personal situation, you might be one who it works perfectly for, besides I think it looks pretty cool as well! I find mine to be motivating to stay on track with my diet/fitness program.
