Bring P.F Chang's China Bistro Home For Dinner Review & Giveaway

 Many of you are familiar with P.F. Chang's China Bistro, and if you are like me, enjoy their signature Asian cuisine. Unfortunately for me, the closest one is located in a place I don't get to frequently, so I was super excited to discover that the chefs of P.F. Chang's have created P.F. Chang's Home Menu so we can bring that signature P.F. Chang favor into our home any day of the week.

P.F. Chang's Home Menu are Meals for 2 that can be found in your grocer's Freezer Aisle. They are currently available in 8 delicious varieties:

• Beef with Broccoli
• Orange Chicken
• General Chang's Chicken
• Sweet & Sour Chicken
• Shanghai Style Beef
• Ginger Chicken & Broccoli
• Shrimp in a Garlic Sauce
• Shrimp Lo Mein

All of these meals are MSG free and can be prepared using a skillet (recommended) or in the microwave.

Last night, my family had the opportunity to try out 2 varieties of the P.F. Chang's Home Menu Meals for 2. We tried the Ginger Chicken & Broccoli and the Shanghai Style Beef. The directions were very easy to follow--we chose to make them using the skillet method. We chose to make rice to go along with the dishes but felt the need to add nothing else. Each dish was wonderfully flavorful and just as we expected them to taste. My 4 year old absolutely loved the Ginger Chicken and Broccoli (I preferred the Shanghai Style Beef but like the other as well) so we will definitely be keeping these in the freezer for quick dinner options (plus he liked them so much that I didn't even have to fight him to eat his veggies--he actually asked for more)!

P.F. Chang's Home Menu Meals for 2 are a delicious way to get your favorite Asian dishes in the convenience of your home. Look for them in you grocer's freezer aisle--if you are a fan of Asian foods, like my family is, I believe you will really enjoy these dinners!
