The Robby Wash Laundry Ball replaces up to 1 year of powdered laundry detergent without the use of chlorine or phosphate. This unique system (patented worldwide-Made in France--available in the US through Oransi) consists of a white ball with a blue or pink rubber bumper that contains unique pH activated, hypoallergenic washing macromolecules to easily, efficiently & inexpensively.
The Blue version of Robby Wash is for the general all purpose version--cold & hot water (0-80degrees C or 32-176 degrees F). The pink version allows you to wash colors and in cooler temperature (up to 86 degrees F). Find out all the details of the Robby Wash Laundry Ball on their website (you may need to change the country to the United States).
Here is a list of the top 11 reasons to use Robby Wash.
I have been testing out the Blue Robby Wash Laundry Ball on our laundry. It works well in a small to average size load--up to 10 lbs of laundry--I would recommend getting a second ball to use simultaneously for large capacity washers. It has a pleasant but very faint smell (the larger the load the less you notice the smell) but I prefer my clothes to just smell clean not to have a ton of fragrance so I really like that aspect of it, but you can still add your preferred fabric softener if you wish. I love that I simply put the ball into the wash & start the laundry--no other special attention required--granted you still stain treat & such as you always have (It comes with a very effective stain stick). My favorite part is that it saves money, is good for the clothes and for the environment.

It sounds like a great eco-friendly, pocketbook-friendly way to do laundry.
I learned that it's equivalent to 12 months of washing powder, and that the change in the pH level is it's secret.

I wash in cold water only and wait until I have a full load. I let light clothing air dry and remove heavier things while damp to finish by air. (I also scrounge for coupons and sales.)

I learned , With its combination of fragranced physical and chemical components, the ROBBY WASH is the alternative to buying washing powder! Its activated macromolecules are gradually released through the wash, dissolving dried-in stains by generating ions which activate the water molecule
