My Walmart Shopping Trip

Yesterday, My Memphis Mommy shared with us the best Walmart matchups.

Today I went to Walmart, with my coupons in hand and purchased 39 items, most from My Memphis Mommy's list. Before all coupons my subtotal was $52.32, after coupons the total was only $1.45 for all 30 items.

This proves that couponing can be worth a few extra minutes a week to sort through the paper or to visit a few websites.

Home Depot Paint Sale

Now is the time to get the painting done with the cold outside. Home Depot has clearanced their Ralph Lauren Paint down to $13.00-$15.00 depending on the finish you want. The bonus with this price is this weekend for Martin Luther King Day they are offering a $5.00 rebate on a gallon of paint. That brings the price between $8.00-$10.00. This paint reguraly sells for $28-38.00. That is over 50% off. They still had all finishes at the Layton store. I would call your home depot store before you go to see what they have.

Build & Grow At Lowe's

Sign up for the Lowe's Build and Grow Clinics for these upcoming Saturdays from 10-11 AM at your participating Lowe's store. It's free for kids ages 5-12.

The kids receive the kit to complete the projects there (with a parent's help), an apron, a certificate, and a patch. It's a wonderful family activity!'
