Pixie Land Inc's "Blooming Buddies" combines the artwork of Deborah Donner with the poetry of Wendy Peterson to bring happiness & morality through whimsical words & watercolor art. Their book "Blooming Buddies In The Garden: A Blooming Book of Verse" is an absolutely adorable book children's book that is really for all ages. Each page spread has a short poem about the world around us and a wonderful, vibrantly colored, watercolor picture of the "blooming buddies" (flowers). The poems tell of friendship & obstacles that sometimes need to be overcome, being polite and other little life lessons & some just plain hugs & happiness. Each time you read & look at the book you will see something different. My 3 year old enjoys this book. I think this would make a great Valentine's or Just Because I Care gift for both children & adults.
Blooming Buddies has more than just the book.
