Glee Gum, Make Your Own Chewing Gum Review & Giveaway

Today I made my own chewing gum.  The instructions were simple and the process was fun.  I tried to include my daughter but she is still a little too young for this.  So I was on my own for this one.  I started with melting the Chicle, this took longer than the instructions said it would, but that may have been my microwave.  Once it was warm and melted I added the corn syrup and flavor and sugar. The mixing was pretty easy for the first flavor batch I made, but as the mixture cooled it became harder to work with making the second batch a little tough to knead.  The whole process took less than 15 minutes and when I was finished I tried a piece.  I was impressed, with both the flavor and consistency.  I think this would make a cute and fun gift for kids this year, in fact I have a few little ones I think that would enjoy making their own gum.
