Dewey's Nine Lives Book Review & Giveaway

If you are a cat lover like I am, then you need to read the book "Dewey's Nine Lives: The Legacy of the Small-Town Library Cat Who Inspired Millions". This book just came out today, October 12th. It is the follow-up to the 2008 book "Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched the World". The first book was a huge bestseller and is the basis for an upcoming movie that has Meryl Streep attached to it as well as three children's books.

This new book is actually nine stories about cats and they are told from the view of Dewey the cat's mom who is really Vicki Myron, a librarian. Dewey is of course featured in this book, but this time around you will read about other amazing cats and their owners...as I said if you are a cat lover you will really appreciate and enjoy the stories in this book. I bet you will laugh, be touched and really find inspiration of the stories of these amazing cats and how they touch the lives of us humans all the time. Up until recently, I had four cats, but unfortunately one passed away about threee weeks ago after having been with me for about 13 years and I have still not gotten over the fact she is gone. I can definitely understand and appreciate the connection the cats and owners in these stories have.
